Miso salmon with black coconut sticky rice is a treat for the taste buds, combining the richness of miso with the exotic touch of black coconut.
The special menus are a true delight. Sushi latkes, for instance, feature fried potato patties topped with succulent salmon, wasabi cream cheese, and salmon roe. The Buffalo salmon roll is a crowd-pleaser, with its fried sushi roll filled with spicy salmon and avocado and topped with Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, and celery. Bao buns stuffed with mortadella, burrata, pesto, honey, and pistachio offer a burst of flavors in every bite.
The Story Behind Xina's Expansion
Since its inception in 2012, Xina has firmly established itself as a staple in the community. It has been celebrated for its bold Asian-inspired cuisine and warm hospitality. The decision to open a second location in Bradley Beach was a carefully thought-out one. Rick Lee explored various locations from Long Beach Island to Point Pleasant Beach and Asbury Park before settling on Bradley Beach. As he is building within a former convenience store, he sees it as a clean slate, an opportunity to try out new things that were not possible in the current space. He is excited to bring an exciting blend of tradition and modernity to this new location, including new menu creations and a thoughtfully designed space while staying true to the roots and traditions that define Xina.
Xina's expansion is not just about opening a new restaurant; it's about sharing its unique culinary experience with a wider audience. The team at Xina is committed to delivering the same high-quality food and service that has made them popular in Toms River and now in Bradley Beach.
